Rula Ramahi: The Marketeer Redefining Success Through Constant Learning

Joining Elev8 

Rula joined Elev8 as a Senior Marketing Manager, and from her first day in 2022, she decided to push boundaries by establishing the brand’s footprints on the business landscape of Qatar. Her approach to work can be summarized in one phrase – thriving on challenges. 

Thriving on Challenges 

Rula believes that learning should be a lifelong endeavor. When asked about her defining trait, she said: “It’s hard to pick just one! But if I must, I’d say my passion for constant learning. Routine simply isn’t my thing.” 

For Rula, work shouldn’t be a series of tasks; it’s a frontier for creativity and personal growth. Leading Elev8’s brand in Qatar fuels her professional development and promotes meaningful connections.  

Beyond the Office 

Beyond work, Rula places immense value on her family and dedicates time to self-care while cherishing her loved ones. 

She said, “It’s about taking care of myself and those who matter the most. My children are my proudest achievement.” 

Another source of happiness for Rula is reading. She continued: “My father once told me that knowledge is power, so outside of work, I spend most of my time studying. My MBA journey concluded recently, where I had the opportunity to learn and grow in diverse areas including business communication, decision science, marketing management, and more. I’m excited for my next learning adventure.”

Rula believes that we thrive through interaction and sharing stories as social beings. In an age dominated by social media, genuine connections and collaboration remain invaluable.
