To further contribute to continuing to close the digital skills gap in the Costa Rican job ecosystem, Elev8 Tek joined the Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA) (National Learning Institute) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS) to present AWS re/Start Program to visitors during the Brete employability fair that took place in San Ramon, Costa Rica.
The AWS re/Start Program helps participants to start or advance their careers in technology. This intensive four-month program will equip learners with the skills necessary to become AWS Cloud Practitioners, opening doors to exciting careers like Infrastructure Engineer Jr., DevOps Engineer, IT Support Specialist, and Data Center Technician.
Throughout the program, our trainers and educators empower graduates to embark on new careers in the tech sector or transition from other industries like tourism, retail, and non-traditional IT fields.
Elev8 Tek’s pioneering digital skilling efforts in the Latin America region are evident in the record of the success of the training programs we delivered. We’ve partnered with government agencies, NGOs, and private companies. Together, we’ve trained learners, giving them the skills they need to thrive in Costa Rica’s changing job market.
