We are delighted to announce that Mark Cooper has been appointed as the new Chief People and Culture Officer for YNV Group.

In his new role, Mark will continue to build on the dynamic and engaging global culture we’ve developed across our many offices and industries. He will work to drive the transformation of tech support while continuing to increase both customer and employee satisfaction.

To accomplish this, Mark brings over two decades of experience in HR leadership, including impressive work at global leaders like HP and Schneider Electric. He also brings valuable experience from the startup world, building culture from the ground up. Through all of his roles, he has demonstrated the ability to build cohesive and effective cultures for globe-spanning companies like ours.

Mark joins us from AVEVA where he oversaw the enormous task of integrating 4,700 employees in 46 countries in only 18 months following a reverse takeover.

With his extensive experience turning global workforces into teams driven to succeed by the right culture, Mark is perfectly positioned to help YNV hit its ambitious goals.

Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham as well as a Masters in Manpower Studies and Post-Graduate Diploma in HR from the University of Portsmouth.
