Elev8 Appoints ex-Microsoft Exec Aileen Allkins as Chief Customer Officer

Elev8 has named Ms Aileen Allkins as Chief Customer Officer. Ms Allkins joins the Elev8 team today and will help extend the reach of Elev8 by supporting their work with governments, global tech leaders, and enterprises to develop and execute at-scale digital skilling programs.

As an accomplished customer-focused executive, Ms Allkins has spent her career transforming the customer service and support experience of some of the world’s best-known technology companies. From 2016 to 2020 she was the Corporate Vice President of Global Customer Service and Support at Microsoft, leading worldwide training and upskilling programs for 25,000 support professionals as the company launched new market offerings that required on-going technical support.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 2016, she led worldwide technical support for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s (HPE) software business and was responsible for consolidating the customer support experience following several acquisitions. Since then, Ms Allkins has been providing consulting services to a number of companies through the consultancy business she established in 2020.

Ms Allkins will continue her role as Senior Advisor with the Boston Consulting Group and as Non-Executive Director at ABBYY and will be relocating to Cyprus to be closer to the YNV Head Office, where she will assume the responsibilities Executive Director at YNV Group, Chief Customer Officer for Tek Experts and CEO for Wize Solutions.
