What are the dates and times of the programs?

The programs begin on August 22, 2019. Please check our course pages and calendar for details.

Classes normally run Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The exam center schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

elev8 reserves the right to adjust course hours and locations as necessary to accommodate schedules and events
 

How long do the programs last?

Students will complete the programs in times defined by each course provider, for example Microsoft ©, Axelos© , CompTIA©. Technical courses are often 40 hours while executive programs may run for a number of weeks.

 

Do you provide support in career planning?

All of our students receive professional training as well as training in soft skills, along with support developing career development plans.

 

Do the programs grant any recognition for a professional career?

Many of the courses deliverd at elev8 are certified by the official course providers of which we have representation. We advise that you discuss your individual goals with one of our advisors to ensure you choose the right course for you.
 

How do I enroll in a class?

We advise that your carefully review the courses available on our website to ensure you choose th right course for you. You can enrol on a course via the relevant course page and purchase via the checkout once you're ready. Alternatively you can ask to speak to one of our advisors to discuss your needs first.

 

Can I request a course that is not on your schedule or available when I need it?

Yes! Get in touch and speak to one of our advisors using our contact form and we'll be happy to help.

 

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, American Express and Master Card. We also accept wire transfers. We do not accept cash.

 

When will my class enrollment be confirmed?

You will receive an email with a note of confirmation for your enrolment.

 

How do I change or cancel an online purchase?

Changes and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

 

How do I get a copy of my certificate?

You will receive your certificate on course completion. If you need a digital copy please contact us to make your request.
